ORU Marketplace Review – What You Need To Know Before Joining in 2019
Welcome to my ORU Marketplace Review!
There has been some buzz about this company so I decided to check it out for myself and see what it was all about…
Maybe someone approached you about their business opportunity and now you have questions before joining.
The good news is I am going to walk you through everything so you can make an informative decision.
Just pay close attention and read this to the end…
ORU MarketetPlace Review – Company
ORU Marketplace is an incorporated business according to their statement on their site;
ORU Market, ORU Marketplace, ORU Pay, ORU Chat, ORU Mail, ORU Social, ORU Quantum Widget, ORU Score, Infinity Reward, ORU Rewards, ORU Health, ORU iOS App, ORU Android App, ORU Debit Card, ORU Card, Gizmoh.com are intellectual properties owned by Azteya Ltd and its affiliates. Azteya Limited is headquartered in George Town Grand Cayman.
When taking a look at Azteya LTD it’s just a login website with no other content.
Seems like it’s just a shell company…
Anyway, the man behind the company is Nick VandenBrekel who calls himself the “architect”.
Nick is a seasoned serial entrepreneur, technology and financial services innovator and military veteran.
With over 38 years of experience in myriad aspects of technology, science, finance and business, he has been responsible for, and has contributed to ground breaking technologies in the communications, financial, banking, medical, hardware, software, security, social media and enterprise systems industry.
On this corporate bio, he says he is from the Netherlands, but corporate records suggest Florida, USA.
In other words, it’s probably run out of the USA.
Anyway, that’s all I got on the company, let’s take a look at the products next…
ORU Marketplace Reviews – Products
ORU marketplace has no retail products or services, but you can promote the affiliate membership…
Once you get an affiliate membership, you get access to a Visa prepaid card, social network, travel discount portal, discount prescription service and an advertising platform.
According to ORU Marketplace;
Visa Prepaid Card is issued by MetaBank, 5501 S. Broadband Lane Sioux Falls, SD 57108, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc.
Different then this Forex network marketing company I reviewed earlier called Silverstar Live.
ORU Compensation Plan
Show me the money right?
Network marketing companies are all about rewarding affiliates for getting both customers and business builders.
It’s no different right here…
Oru marketplace has members join for $30.94 and then pay $5.95 per month.
Commissions are paid on when affiliates sponsor new people who pay their membership fee’s.
ORU Marketplace members are paid $10 for every time they personally sponsor someone.
You can also get a $1 residual commission as well on top.
Ongoing Residual Commissions
ORU marketplace pays residual commissions through a binary compensation plan
ORU Marketplace pays ten levels deep.
Residuals are a paid on the monthly fee’s directly or directly sponsored team members.
As you can see it’s pretty good overall…
Cost To Join ORU Marketplace
ORU Marketplace membership will cost you $30.94 one-time and then $5.95 per month.
ORU marketplace launched back in January 2017.
It was suppose to be a social media network at first, but had to reboot to a different business model.
ORU Marketplace claims they they are not a MLM:
Is ORU an MLM company?
The ORU Market is not an MLM ( Multi Level Marketing, also known as Direct Sales or Network Marketing) Company.
ORU Market is an Enterprise Software and Information Technology company that offers its software capabilities by subscription to its members on a non-exclusive license basis.
In a typical MLM company the company distributes its own products through a network of distributors who earn income from their own retail sales of product and from the retail sales made by the distributors direct and indirect recruiting of others.
A broader definition would be any marketing program in which the participants pay money to the the owner or promoter of the program in return for which the participants have the right to:
(a) recruit additional participants, or have additional participants placed by the promoter or any other person into the program participant’s downline, tree, cooperative, income center, or other similar program grouping;
(b) sell goods or services; and
(c) receive compensation, in whole or in part, based upon the sales of those in the participants downline, tree, cooperative, income center or similar program grouping. That is MLM defined.
ORU Market does NOT:
– charge a facilitation fee to its members
– get paid by its members for any rights to refer other members to the ORU Market
– pay compensation based upon sales of members
– place members anywhere into a program
– get paid for recruitment of members
– receive commissions based on the participation of its members
The thing is it has multi levels of pay, which makes it a network marketing company.
Can’t go around that part…
I don’t see anything wrong with the affiliate membership, but there are no retail sales going on this point…
What brings this in dangerous territory is their ORU points.
ORU isn’t publicly traded either…
ORU Marketplace members invest in ORU points.
This could get regulatory officials like the SEC involved…
Anyway, I would proceed with caution with this one…
It’s a great idea, but certain things need to be ironed out I believe.
