I have been hearing some buzz about Onlegacy Network so I decided to investigate…

You are most likely here because someone approached you about this business opportunity or you were spammed on Facebook…

Now the spamming isn’t the companies fault, it’s just the lack of skill people have…

They should know instead of throwing links around like no tomorrow, they need to actually build  a relationship with the prospect so they trust them…

Anyway, this isn’t a TED Talk speech on self development, we are here to find out more about Onlegacy Network!

In this Onlegacy Network review, I am going to walk you through the company, the products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision…

The president of the company is Rogelio Ortiz here is his bio below from their website:

Francisco Figueroa is the Master Global Rep, bio below:

Francisco Figueroa has been involved for over 15 years in the Real Estate industry bringing new ideas all the time. Now he has accumulated many years of experience on the Network Marketing industry which have helped him develop teams for thousands and thousands of people all over the world. Alright now we know a little about the leadership, let’s take a look at the products…

OnLegacy Network Reviews – The Product Line

Now I had the opportunity to get this information from their compliance department so this is accurate…

Here is a list of their retail services:

– Phone Activations
– Phone topups
– PINless recharge
– Merchandise
– Merchant services
– Printing products
– Solar Panels
– National and International Bill Payment

In the US, you have to purchase a license to sell topups and activations from different providers and you must pay over $1000 to the carriers and MVNO’s….

With OnLegacy Network, it’s all inclusive.

OnLegacy Network – The Compensation Plan

Again, this is from their compliance department, so the information is accurate…

Important terms and rules to understand:

Member – A member is a qualified IBO who has an active membership with Onlegacy Network.

Active Member – An individual who pays a $29/mo membership

Inactive member – A member who has stopped paying his/her $29/mo membership

Preferred customer – A member who has stopped paying his/her membership for a period of 6 consecutive months will become a preferred customer (PC). Preferred customers will ALWAYS obtain discounts on store. Once a person has stopped paying his/her membership for a period of 12 months, his account will be canceled and he/she will have to acquire a new inscription system.

Representative – A representative is an active IBO who has started his business with a beginner system

Active representative – To stay active as a representative, the IBO must pay a $29/mo membership fee. Once a Representative stops paying his/her membership for a period of 6 months he/she will become a PC

Benefits – A representative will have access to all direct sales benefits and will have a type D discounts on store.

Partner – A partner is an active IBO who has started his business with a Basic System or has escalated to reach that position.

Active Partner – To stay active as a partner, the IBO must pay a $29/mo membership fee. Once a partner stops paying his/her membership for a period of 6 months he/she will become a PC.

Benefits – A partner will have access to all direct sales benefits, team build benefits and will have a type C discounts on store

Reach position – The user has the opportunity to escalate to this position without buying the package by having a total of $10,000 in total sales to external customers (outside of network). Once this sales volume (SV) has been, reached user can email (removed) to apply new rank.

Brand Partner – A brand partner is an active IBO who has started his business with an Advanced System or has escalated to reach that position.

Active Brand Partner – To stay active as a brand partner, the IBO must pay a $29/mo membership fee. Once a brand partner stops paying his/her membership for a period of 6 months he/she will become a PC

Benefits – A brand partner will have access to all direct sales benefits, team build benefits and will have a type B discounts on store

Reach position – The user has the opportunity to escalate to this position without buying the package by being a partner and having a total of $10,000 in total sales to external customers (outside of network). Once this sales volume (SV) has been reached, user can email (removed) to apply new rank.

Team Partner – A team partner is an active IBO who has started his business with a Total System or has escalated to reach that position.

Active Team Partner – To stay active as a team partner, the IBO must pay a $29/mo membership fee. Once a brand team partner stops paying his/her membership for a period of 6 months he/she will become a PC

Benefits – A team partner will have access to all direct sales benefits, team build benefits and will have a type A discounts on store

Reach position – The user has the opportunity to escalate to this position without buying the package by being a brand partner and having a total of $10,000 in total sales to external customers (outside of network). Once this sales volume (SV) has been reached, user can email (removed) to apply new rank.

IBO – Independent Business Owner

PC – Preferred Customer

SV – Sales Volume

CV – Commissionable Volume

BV – Business Volume

QV – Qualification Volume

AM – Active Member

BQ – Binary Qualified

QMU – Qualified Merchant User

MA – Merchant Account

EP – Earning Point

EBAM – Entrepreneurial Bonus Active Member

CP – Customer Point

40% Rule – Only 40% of the required volume can come from a single uni-level leg

30% Rule – Only 30% of the required volume can come from a single uni-level leg

#1. Direct Sale Bonus

IBOs buy at wholesale price and sell at retail price.

The difference between those amounts will be kept be the IBO.

In order for a IBO to earn direct sales volume, the IBO must have at least an AM and above with Onlegacy Network.

#2 Fast Start Bonus

IBOs earn a FSB when selling a new IBOs starter pack.

The amount earned is 25% out of the BV per every inscription system sold.

A basic system has 190BV which’s commission totals $47.50

An advanced system has 390BV which’s commission totals $97.50

A total system has 780BV which’s commissions totals $195.00

To be able to qualify for this bonus the IBO must be an active Partner and above

#3 Team Production Bonus

Earn $25 per every accumulated 390BV on the lesser leg of the binary system.

BV is accumulated on inscriptions system and product sales.

To be BQ the IBO has a 60-day period to personally sponsor one Brand Partner or above per leg and have them BQ.

Partner – Up to $250 cap per day

Brand Partner – Up to $500 cap per day

Team Partner – Up to $1,000 cap per day

Team Leader – Up to $2,000 cap per day

Director – Up to $3,000 cap per day

Regional Director – Up to $4,000 per day

National Director – Up to $5,000 per day

International Director – Up to $7,500 per day

President – Up to $10,000 can per day

#4 Coded Bonus

As your team grow, earn a fixed amount per every sale of an inscription system within your uni-lever organization.

Earn as follows:

Advanced Team Partner – 5% of BV

Team Leader – 6% of BV

Director – 7% of BV

Regional – 8% of BV

National – 9% of BV

International – 10% of BV

President – 11% of BV

Ambassador – 12% of BV

Crown Ambassador – 13% of BV

To qualify for coded bonus, new sales of inscription systems must be accompanied by 3 customers per enrollee in a 12-month period after such enrollment.

#5 Matching coded bonus

Earn when you help other earn.

Obtain a matching coded check when you help your uni-level team earn coded bonus.

1st generation = 10%

2nd generation = 5%

3rd generation = 3%

4th generation = 2%

5th generation = 1%

#6 Pool Bonus

Onlegacy Network will separate a 6% from the merchant accounts profit and put it apart in a pool.

That amount will be equally divided into QMUs generating NOT more than $300 per QMU per month.

To be qualified for this bonus, QMU must have activated a client with a MA and keep it active.

Every MA activated by user will give 1 EP, the more active MA per client the more EP the IBO will receive.

#7 Entrepreneurial Bonus

Earn monthly fixed income by growing your distribution team members and helping them grow their customer base.

Module 1 requires 4 direct EBAM + 20 EBAM in the whole team applying 40% rule. Commission = $100/mo

Module 2 requires 8 direct EBAM + 50 EBAM in the whole team applying 40% rule. Commission = $500/mo

Module 3 requires 12 direct EBAM + 100 EBAM in the whole team applying 40% rule. Commission = $1,000/mo

Module 4 requires 16 direct EBAM + 500 EBAM in the whole team applying 30% rule. Commission = $6,000/mo

Module 5 requires 20 direct EBAM + 1,000 EBAM in the whole team applying 30% rule. Commission = $15,000/mo

To become an EBAM, user needs 30CP/mo which can be accumulated for the coming months.

For example, 1 purchase of a Free service SIM card produces 15CP and 1 Activation 15CP which totals 30CP.

Let’s say that an IBO sells and activates 12 SIM cards, he/she will be an EBAM for a full year as long as monthly membership is covered.

Every sold product, or service will accumulate CP on monthly basis.

#8 Merchant Accounts Residual

Earn an override matching check for all active MA from your downline team members up to 7 levels deep

1st level 5%

2nd level 3%

3rd level 2%

4th level 1%

5th level 2%

6th level 3%

7th level 5%

#9 Rank advance

Team Leader requires 17,000QV applying 40% rule and earns an award.

Director requires 2 Team Leaders in 2 different uni-level legs any level deep and earns an Ipad (up to $500usd)

Regional Director requires 4 Directors in 4 different uni-level legs any level deep and earns a computer set (up to $2,000usd)

National Director requires 5 Regional Directors in 5 different uni-level legs any level deep and earns a trip (up to $6,000usd)

International Director requires 5 National Directors in 5 different uni-level legs any level deep and earns a car (up to $20,000usd)

President requires 5 International Directors in 5 different uni-level legs any level deep and earns a luxury car (up to $150,000usd)

Ambassador requires 5 Presidents in 5 different uni-level legs any level deep and earns a house (up to $500,000usd)

Crown Ambassador requires 5 Ambassadors in 5 different uni-level legs any level deep and earns a $2,500,000 bonus once or a $25,000/mo for 10 years.

Extra compensation Services

Subsidized phone service:

Upfront commission.

When an IBO sells a subsidized SIM card, he/she will buy it at $50 and resell it at $100 (at least).

In order for the IBO to obtain such cost, he/she must be an active Partner and above.

Residual Commission

An active IBO will earn a residual commission up to 5 levels deep at a 50¢/mo per active line.

This residual continue for as long as SmartMart TM, subsidize the service.

Merchant services

The IBO will obtain a $100 upfront fee for any self closed merchant account that includes free terminal, or e-commerce once such account process the first $500.

If account gets canceled in the first 6 months, these $100 will be charged back from the client’s account or credit card on file.

Residual Merchant Services

The IBO will earn 12.5% if qualified as Partner, 25% if qualified as Brand Partner and 50% if qualified as Team Partner.

The percentage is based on the actual profit Onlegacy Network obtains from every merchant account.

OnLegacy Network Review – The Verdict

Overall, the company seems to be good…

It has retail products which can be sold, but majority of the money will be made through recruiting…

And recruiting is why people fail because they lack the skill…

But because it’s in a pre-launch, we won’t know for certain if it will do well just yet…

I would hold off for a few months after the launch and see how it’s doing…

Some companies FAIL to launch and take your money so to be on the safe side just wait…
