Modere review

Modere Review – The Company

Modere is actually the old Neways but updated of course…

That’s because Neways was sold off in 2013…

This is what they said about this transition:

Modere is the total transformation of a 26-year-old, $300 million a year network marketing (NM) company named Neways.

Neways was acquired in 2013 by Z Capital (ZCap.net). This transformation includes completely new ownership, management, branding, styling, pricing and growth strategies as well as a new name, business model and compensation plan.

Neways U.S.A. totally transformed to Modere at its launch in February 2014, and Neways will similarly transform to Modere in all 28 international markets by 2015.

However, the CEO is still the same and didn’t quite do that “management change” like they said.

Robert Conlee is still the CEO and has been since 2012 for Neways.

In the past, he has been the CEO of Xango and President of Nu Skin.

In general, the leadership is actually good and explains the growth of Modere over the last few years.

This is what their website looks like:

Modere reviews

Let’s continue on in this Modere review and check out the product line next…

Modere Reviews – The Products

Modere products

Modere products are very similar to Neways, but rebranded and look cooler and sexier.

If I listed all the products here, this blog post would be a novel, instead, I will just give you a general idea what they are all about…

  • Personal care – hair, body and mouth
  • Health and wellness – anti-aging, general nutrition, active health, targeted health and weight management
  • Household care – kitchen, cleaning and laundry

For pricing and more detail, I would just check out their website…

They have a TON of products which is good 🙂

Next, let’s keep going in this Modere review and check out the compensation plan next…

Modere Compensation Plan

Like all network marketing companies, you get paid commissions when you refer people in the business and sell retail products to customers…

You see, you should have a balance of both…

Unlike all the other Modere reviews out there, I am going to explain everything in detail so pay close attention…

Modere in general encourages consumers of its products to become a business partner or Social Marketers so you can bring customers and affiliate into your business.

These distributors pay a startup cost of $29.95, but are encouraged to buy a Builder Collection package for $399.

Buying the “Builder Collection” package basically gives you more products and if your downline members do the same, you can make more money from the volume.

The full compensation plan offered by Modere is pretty long…

Part of the reason, it’s very bonus incentive driven which isn’t a bad thing to be honest.

  • First Order Bonus
  • Team 3 Bonus
  • Lifestyle Consistency Bonuses
  • Elite Team Lifestyle Consistency Bonuses
  • Dynamic Team Leader & Director Bonus
  • 4 & More Builder Bonus
  • Sharing Bonus
  • Consistency Selling Reward
  • Leadership Development Bonus

Social Marketers also take part in a points system in which they can earn gifts, free shipping, product samples, and other incentives.

Now, I did find a video that explains the Modere Compensation plan, so if you are interested watch the video below.

Note:  This video is biased and I do not endorse the video, it’s for educational purposes only…

Now the moment you have been waiting for in this Modere review…

Verdict On Modere

Overall Modere is a well put together company with really specific branding…

When you go on their website, you know it’s Modere…

Kind of like when you go on Apple’s website it’s… Well, Apple.

Unlike some of the other Modere reviews out there, I am not going to bash this company in anyway, but going to tell you the truth…

The people who called Modere a scam is the people who don’t do their proper research…

Remember everyone, this is a REAL business and will take a LOT of work to get it off the ground…

You will have to work your butts off for at least 6 months and do whatever it takes to become successful.

A lot of people think by joining a company and investing will translate to you making a lot of money…

That’s far from the truth…

If it was THAT easy, everyone would be a millionaire who join network marketing.

If you truly want to be successful in business, you have to treat Modere like a REAL business and take it seriously.

Too many people treat network marketing like a hobby and that’s why they don’t get any results…

Well, hobbies actually cost money if you think about it.

My piece of advice before joining Modere is to compare the prices of their products to the general marketplace.

If they are somewhat competitive and you love the products then awesome!

If the products are a bit overpriced, well that could mean it will be a tougher sell…

I hope you enjoyed my Modere review and if you have any questions, please leave them in the comments below…

My personal recommendation (totally optional of course)…

I have been in the network marketing field for a few years and have made well over 7 figure in this industry so I know what to look for when you join a company…

Anyway, after reviewing hundreds of companies and systems out there…

Mike, why can’t it be a positive review if I am not in the company?

Well if something smells bad, it must be in your house 🙂

I have been using Neways products for nearly 20 years. I am a Distributer but don’t distribute.
I hate the network marketing set up but do like the products with no harsh chemicals etc in.
Hate it even more now that it is Modere. Lot of excellent products vanished, eg children’s toothpaste and all cosmetics and Forceful, still like other products though that have changed name but not product. The cleanser is totally different and no good now.

The new bottle tops are hopeless, the shampoo and the toothpaste snap off long before the end of the bottle/tube. The big new moisturiser top will not come off so you have to cut the tube to get quite a lot of cream that is left in the tube after squeezing it becomes impossible.

So, not as good as it was but still good stuff.

So frustrated that they added glycerin to so many of my favorite products and got rid of Close Shave Gel. I have the new shave cream! Shower Gel, Toner, Day Lotion–all have glycerin now. So disappointed. I too have been using the products since the company was Images under Tom Mower.

I love Modere. I have been using the product line for 3 months now. Nothing else has worked for me (even running 3 days a week) until now. I have lost 20 pounds in actually less than three months, and have gone from a size 18 to 12. I have 20 more to reach my goal! I have almost zero joint pain anymore and my energy levels are well above what they used to be. I am not a “seller” or trying to make any profit, but I would like to get the $10 credit for referrals. ***REMOVED AFFILIATE LINK***

Hi. The CEO is no longer Robert Conlee. It changed to Asma Ishaq early this year.

Just received my order and to my surprise it doesn’t include the sample and/or samples (everyone’s raved about) listed on receipt… 😤

I use to be a social marketer for Modere and I never had an issue with them or the products. Often products would be broken and they’d replace them. Back in January after one year of social marketing I terminated my Social marketing account and went back to being a customer (new job, no time to social market) Today I go back on and decide to place a order, My order without shipping came to $167. I said that’s okay, I’ll finally spend those live clean credits. I had 100.50 Live Clean Credits (credits are rewarded based on how much yourself or your customers/downline purchases). I did a live chat to customer service to see how I go about applying my credits, it was at this time, customer service agent Victoria says that my credits have been revoked or terminated. Apparently in their policy it states once you terminate your account you lose all Live Clean Credits you’ve EARNED. Now this is all fine except not once when I was in the process of going from social marketer to customer did anyone tell me this. I talked to about 4 different people. If I had of known this I would’ve used them prior to terminating as they’re close to a dollar per credit. Even worst after MANY months of logging into my account and seeing these credits there the Modere agent (who apparently could not see them on their end) said why don’t you log out and log back in. I mentioned to her that if they were no longer there (after months of being there) it’d be very suspicious after all this time.. and low and behold I log out, log back in, and my live clean credits have dissapered. I have pictures, with date and time stamps of this conversation, of my account with credits then a few minutes later… without credits. This is how Modere treats their customers and social marketers. The credits were there and they should’ve honored them. Poor Service. I have the pictures to prove this.

    Hey Natalia,

Sorry to really hear that, have you contacted them again and again until they make it right?

Sometimes it just takes the right person.
