Jeunesse Global Review – Legit Business In 2018 or Big Scam? Find Out…

Updated:  May 26, 2018: Welcome to my blog where I am going to walk you through what this company is all about.  Before we get started, I just want to let you know I am not affiliate by this company at all.

In other words, you are not going to get a biased review like all the rest on the internet.  I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision….

In this Jeunesse Global review, find out if this company is legit or a scam.

Let’s take a look at the company first…

Jeunesse Global Review – The Company

Jeunesse Global Review

Website: www.jeunesseglobal.com

This network marketing company was founded by Randy Ray and Wendy Lewis in 2009.  Combined, they have a lot of experience in this industry and are known to grow huge organizations in the past of distributors.

They claim they are not a traditional network marketing company using old school strategies…The truth is, I didn’t find anything cutting edge when it comes to growing this business.  It still requires talking to family and friends and making a list…LOL, I will get into that later in this blog post.

But now, let’s dive into the product line.

Jeunesse Global Reviews – The Product Line

Jeunesse Review

The products range from nutrition to personal care.  What this company is popular for is their skin care product called Luminesce.

This is their flag ship product and it’s the product they believe is the best skin care product in the world… Well, every company is going to be biased :).

Luminesce is unique as it has a special formula that is patent pending to restore luminosity, firmness and give you smoother skin.

I personally haven’t tried this, but I haven’t seen a negative review about the product so that’s definitely a good thing.

They do have nutritional products as well…

…but their flag ship product is what people mostly buy.

It’s closest competition would be Nerium, Younique and Youngevity.

Now that you know about the products…

…let’s keep digging in this Jeunesse review!

Jeunesse Business Opportunity Review

Like any network marketing company, when you sponsor a person into the business you get paid on the product pack they purchase.  Personally, I love recruiting but it’s one of the factors of failure in businesses and I will get into that later, just pay attention and keep reading…

Jeunesse Global has 6 ways to earn income:

  • Retail Profit
  • New Customer Acquisition Bonus
  • Team Commissions
  • Leadership Matching Bonus
  • Customer Acquisition Incentive
  • Leadership Bonus Pool

Instead of me explaining the compensation plan…

…why not let Jeunesse Global explain it:

As you can see it’s a great way of making money… But this is where people have the biggest challenge…

Jeunesse Global Scam – Conclusion

There are some people that call this company a scam because they failed… I am here to tell you it’s their own fault.

This company is far from a scam and it’s been in business since 2009!

Plus it had great products and a fair compensation plan…

However, it has run out of a little steam in the last few years, so I give this company the following rating:

The problem is people jump into network marketing with the wrong mindset… They believe they will get something for nothing.

The truth is you have to become a great people person and become a recruiting machine…

That my friend is the truth… So you have Three options…

Learn how to become a recruiting master or…

…do a home business that doesn’t require recruiting.

And the best thing is to learn how to drive internet traffic to ANY offer and make money…

This way you are not really recruiting, because your not talking to people…

If you want to learn how to do that to a system that makes sales like hot cakes…

Click Here For My #1 Recommendation.

It’s the only business out there that is designed for complete newbies on how to actually build a business online…

The biggest reason why it’s so successful is that you get actual coaches in the system that work with you one on one.

They will go over your goals and will make a game plan specifically for you in this system.

In other words, this flat out works!

I purchased product from the Company online. I am have EXTREMELY pale and sensitive skin and had a reaction to it.

No biggie. I am trying to return under the “unconditional garuntee” but no one responds to my emails and I am unable to get thru by phone. I have tried and tried. Is there a problem? I feel that this not very good customer service but am getting concerned that it could be a scam.

Can you give me instructions on returning my product for a refund? Please advise!

Hello Terri, i was signed up into Jeunesse by my sister, we both have sensitive skin, when she started using Jeunesse products at the same time with other brands she had very bad reaction, so she quit using other brands and stuck to Jeunesse just to see how it works. She now uses Jeunesse for 6months, no rashes, no redness, even skin and skin tone is mixh better. So i signed up too, but by the time i sighned up I’ve just purchased full line of Lancome Absolute creams serum and such with gave me redness and painful rash, sure enough no one accepts returns in Lancome, so… I started using Jeunesse serum and my skin calmed dow… But i wanted to finish the Lancome products too (I’ve waisted so much money on them, i thought i would at least use day/night cream) so i was using Jeunesse serum and Lancome cream…didn’t work at all…. Too bad, i have to dump so much almost new Lancome products ( eye cream only used once, as it gave me burning and itching sensation….)so now i am only usin Jeunesse, since 16 of May, so far the skin is calming down, i hope it will help me get rid of my problems. So maybe you give it another try and not use in conjunction with other brands. I hope my suggestion will help you.

      Grace - October 28, 2015

      Hi Juliag,

I have just used the serum for 3 days and I have bad reaction like red rash. I was quite upset as I had a good skin (people complimented it and asked what skincare I used). My upline and some other customers and distributors (in 139 people group chat) sent me their photos with bad reaction too. They said the reaction will be gone in a week and I should keep using it. They said the reaction is a process of cell repairing and detoxification. The upline who has 26,000 people under her and earn $40,000 a month guaranteed me of this.

Anyway, I tried to dilute my serum for a lower dose. I went to see a doctor too and of course he told me to stop using. I may try for a week and see how it goes. I’m afraid it will ruine my originally good face!

Do you think it’s worth to continue?

        Jesse Singh - October 28, 2015

        Grace,

I will be honest with you.

If you have some kind of reaction, you should STOP using it.

These Jeunesse distributors are NOT Doctors.

Jeunesse is a total scam! People are pushed to recruit, recruit, recruit ….. to “sell the business”, not the product! The product that has created all the buzz in the United States, “Instantly Ageless” is on back order indefinately and unavailable for retail sale, yet you continue to see ad, after ad, touting the product which is used to recruit, recruit and recruit more and more people into losing money. In order to receive commissions you need to be on auto ship, and advancement in rank, is not based on sales, but based on recruiting. A typical Pyramid Scheme ….. and forget the 30 day guarantee …. good luck getting your money back.

It actually is available online through ebay. I tried it and it is to my surprise amazing! I am 42 and a male and i have very slight lines. They are tight and my skin feels silky smooth! But on a price scale do not buy the whole box of it is priced more than $1.70 each. I bought two vials and paid $2.99. I used one on my whole face and just bought 4 more lol.good luck!

Jeunesse is not a scam. I’m a member here in the Philippines. I love the product reserve more than the luminesce since I am more conscious with my health. It really helps a lot especially in regaining my energy and whenever my asthma attacks. It actually helps in curing cancer, diabetes, parkinsons, and many more. It’s not just about recruiting. It’s also about the effectiveness of the product. Don’t join a networking company if you don’t believe in the product because that could be one of the reasons why you’ll fail in the end.

Well we can’t say it cures cancer, BUT i was talking to a man just yesterday, 4 years ago he was diagnosed with cancer and had estimated time of 2years to live, many ppl saw him bed ridden in the hospital, and he said when he signed up to Jeunesse he started to take 10 packs of reserve each day, out of desperation, and….today he is walking, talking, looking fresh and shows his operation scar to all who doesn’t believe his story….so…it helped him….whatever it was the reserve wuth its reservatrol or the placebo effect…he is alive past what doctors predicted.

You are correct…: I’m a qualified beauty therapist and I was given some products .
Firstly I don’t endorse any religious certified product …… Certainly not in the beauty industry that is female orientated . Seems odd to pay for a certification that endorses a religious that has the key fundamental base of domination and suppression of women.
Secondly in relation to price vs results it’s not worth it I have trialled products that are a third of the price that has shown results within a week that juvenese didn’t show.
Product packaging in certain items were instantly faulty especially the day cream, I did get feed back that this was an issue for other people too.
Overall a lot of hype and certainly not as much results as you would expect.
In regard to their vitamin range some
Minerals and vitamins volumes weren’t very high and for maximum potency for anti ageing I would have expected more… Maybe they are going with the subtle aproach. You could actually find cheaper ways of doing this ….. Go to the health food store and buy all the vitamins that feed the skin.
So although the packaging is pretty with a lot of RA RA I’m not swayed….. Anything can look good with a PR spin and internet marketing .

Hey Jesse!

Thanks for your post! I was really interested in working with this company and you did a wonderful job at clarifying the way it works. I love how you shared how you generate income by selling items on EBay from companies that sell them at a cheaper price. I was wondering what websites you use to find the items for a cheap price? Also how do you handle the liability? For example if you sold an item on eBay and had the other company ship it to the buyer, if the buyer receives the item and it’s damaged. How do you handle the returns and getting your money back? Also if the buyer claims they never received their package, how would you handle it with the company your purchased it from? I would love to discuss with you! Thank you so much for sharing!

    Jesse Singh - February 21, 2015

    Hey Tiffany,

All the “How to” stuff is found in my training, but I will answer some of your questions.

For liability, we only use suppliers that accept 30 day returns and do free exchanges for damaged goods or defective goods.

They simply send out the shipping label to your customer and they can just return it no issues and no money out of pocket.

If the customer wants to return for a refund, no problem. Our supplier will send them a shipping label and they can return it.

Once our supplier gets the item, they will refund YOU and then you refund the customer.

If the buyer claims they never recieved the package and your tracking number says delivered…

You are covered by Paypal’s seller protection and there is nothing the buyer can do about that.

I hope that helps and like I said, everything from A To Z is covered in our training 🙂

      Hi Jesse,
Another point just came to my mind, while you are discussing this return issues etc…Of what yr video teaches the system of copy & paste – transfering items & discriptions frm 1 end to another & then the product being shipped directly from the website having the lowest price , giving you the margin to earn inbetween the prices.
The package has a return label inside from the shipper, so won’t the buyer chk online the difference in pricing – of what you charge thru e-bay selling and what its priced from shipped place..!

      Reply
        Jesse Singh - May 2, 2015

        Hey Rachna,

There are gift/gift wrap options for 99% of the items on Amazon so that means when
you select that option, no invoices are sent out.

I have been doing this since January 2014 and I have been very successful not to mention
I have over 3000 members in my team Facebook group that are all profiting.

        I hope that helps!

The product is on hold to customers not distributors because it exploded once it hit the states and they just weren’t expected the demand for the product that they got, at least from what I can see. That’s just my take from being a dt! Looking forward to some dsd info.

What I do doesn’t require recruiting and to be honest, it work hand to hand with any network marketing company because it doesn’t interfere with it.

It’s a great way of making money on the side.

Hello,

Great review and well written Jessie! I’m amazed at the people asking for information about your business when clearly stated you have a few ways to give it to us. Without judgement did I miss something…. Its amazing how most are asking for info when I got information by following your specific instructions. Just curious and I reread the blog and still got the same outcome.

I’m very interested and impressed with your ingenuity and bypassing logistics(for yourself basically) that saves you time and money and by not touching the inventory. I’m working from home doing contact work which is fine just wish to boost my income. I’d like to be at the top of a pyramid (rather than lengthy recruitment) .. I am a type A personality many years experience in accounting, payroll & was a military flight attendant and want to start a new career

Thank you kindly and bless you

p.s I actually just got involved with Jeunesse but I just do it for profit purposes, you can do that too – buy wholesale and sell at retail. The products got me really intrigued so that’s why I chose to distribute it. I am not doing the recruiting thing either as I just don’t have time for it. Who knows, maybe in the future!

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen! I ordered products two months ago. Took 36 days to receive then after spending about $300. After four weeks I called to check on the status and was ignored for 18 days after having left two voicemails and submitting a support ticket. I finally heard back from them and at this point I already decided I will not build with a company like this because I can already imagine all the calls I’d be getting from my downline. I sent products back three weeks ago and have yet to receive my refund. I have again, left a voicemail and submitted a new support ticket. Biggest joke of a company I’ve ever delt within the last 8 years of doing direct marketing for businesses.

Hi, just to share my experience here.

I was approached for the products instead of the business. Have recently tried the trial package. I was offered the trial package at $300 which includes RESERVE gel packets, a cleanser, serum and moisturiser.

For someone with healthy living habits (me), the gel has no effect. My friend has unbalanced diet and constipation problem, the gel helps the bowel system.

The skincare products (cleanser, serum and moisturizer) are very normal! Flat texture, small bottle and absolutely useless. I dont expect miracles but you can tell whether a product is of good quality when you use it. I’d say it’s comparable to any household brand you can get at pharmacies/supermarket.

For the amount of $300, you can get something better outside.
But well, never try never know.

So what happens when you list an item on ebay and then it is no longer available on amazon when it is purchased via ebay?

Reply
    Jesse Singh - May 7, 2015

    Hey Krissy,

    Great question.

We actually have something called Listing Integration that keeps track of the Amazon price and stock.

It will actually automatically take your listing down on eBay if it’s no longer available.

Call them more than 10 times nobody answer. Email them nobody reply! When an Indian lady answer my call, I told her what had happened she ask me wait for awhile. I wait for more than 3 minutes and she hang up my call! I call again, they ask me go to their centre and ask for exchange!! In the first place I paid 12 dollars ask them delivery to my house for what?! Waste my money and time! Super lousy service!

Hi Jesse, I’m with Jeunesse and I signed up last month. I’m a type of person that looks at my financial option’s before committing to invests or buy anything. Thanks for confirming what a couple of things, I feel at ease that I’ve made the right decision. What sold me with Jeunesse is that it allowed my son to feel confident wearing shorts or clothing that exposes his skin. I have spent so much money and time on fatty cream’s prescribed by doctors, only to have last for a couple of weeks. I tried my son on the Luminesce serum for 30days, it has been 30days after the trial and he’s out there wearing shorts and tshirts. The product works and continue to sell, but as far as recruiting people, those that I know have made some bad investments decisions in the past. (I have rejected all other schemes, but this by far the cheapest and the product works)
Hope you all have a blessed day.

And from the Jeunesse add, they took a long time to explain how they produce their product by following the FDA standard. What a sarcasm!!!

I tried this company. To be honest – the product works. But as an MLM company they are terrible. There only concern is making money. They care nothing for their sellers. They concentrate too much on signing up new distributors (because there’s a fee for signing up) and not enough on selling their product. It’s beyond frustrating. I still buy the product for myself but left the MLM side.

    Aly - June 18, 2015

That’s good to know! Its important to me as well to work for a company that cares about their representatives. Also, if I am not mistaken their compensation plan is a binary? It looks good on paper, but it’s not the “best” MLM comp. plan in my opinion. I had researched 56 companies before joining the one I am with now. I joined 3, dropped the two that were not working in my first 4 months with them, and stuck with where I am now the past 11 months. I couldnt be happier! I hope you find a company that works well for you in the future, if a DS company is , after all what you are looking for 🙂

After reading most of the comments here I have a fairly good idea as to how this company is operating. It appears that the majority of the commenters have had a ‘negative’ experience with this company. Any company that focuses 95% on making money rather than their product, will always have disgruntled customers and reps. Another very important clue is their marketing plan. The ‘binary’ plan, in any form is the “kiss of death” for most companies AND reps. Think about it, how many companies using the binary plan can you name that are profitable and still in existence today? Any company that uses a ‘binary’ marketing plan has only one primary goal to make money quickly, get in and get out! The fact that this company has been in biz since 2009…Is because there are so many vulnerable people wanting to make extra money/(Recession) and so many vulnerable people wanting to stay looking young/(Vanity)!!!

Buzz - June 14, 2015

I’m sorry, but any company that profits on the recruitment rather than it’s own products is a pyramid scam. Recruitment should be 15% of the company’s income at max, but going to meetings I discovered that is more like 80% in this case.

So, what happens when everyone in the world joins the team? The company goes bankrupt in 6 months.

This is a scam, but they have the opportunity to shift their income from recruiting for a good product sales and change it for a respectable company. Ask how Pepsi makes millions, is it by recruiting salesmen or by selling soda cans?

Hey so I’ve come across two MLM’s and one has not been so fruitful but the other has and its Jeunesse. This article was pretty spot on, this is a business a “job” that requires a lot of input for a little output in the beginning and then it flips on that model as your team begins to grow. Remember the cardinal rule in network marketing – would you rather do 100% of the work all the time or do 1% of the work with 100 people? It really requires a team building mindset and you HAVE TO be sold on what it is your selling. I am a very successful independent business owner in my field of specialty but I was just looking for that exit plan – the strategy that would allow me freedom of my time and not just money. I am only 3 weeks into Jeunesse but I believe that this could be it. Sometimes in life there are just things that feel right, the timing, the place, the people, the infrastructure – you could have whats considered the “best” job or “best business in the world to someone, but that someone may not be you. Keep your minds open, work hard despite what it is you are taking on and remember that if you work at anything, nothing is lost. You will have gained either financial freedom or you will have learned something new to set you on that path. Best of luck.

Mr. Singh could you email me this interesting plan of yours? I’ll try anything. Thanks for not being one-sided and showing the pro’s and con’s – for those of us who believe its a conviction we need!

Hi Jesse,

When you say that you have a team of 4000 is that across the globe? I am in South Africa and was thinking about joining Jeunesse however I absolutely hate to recruit. Your idea sounds less forcing myself on people with smooth words and little knowledge.
I don’t believe in selling something I don’t have full knowledge about thus proper training so that when my clients come to me, I can give them the right advice. That is what my main problem is with this type of marketing. The salespeople have very limited knowledge of how the product works, what the downfall is (from my research it seems that this is not for sensitive skin), or how to assist their clients…it is just a matter of sell sell sell.
In my research on Jeunesse I found the following article which I thought was quite interesting. *DELETED LINK*
The mere fact that not one of their products have been approved by the FDA would have me worried.

Thanks and hope to hear from you!

I became a member and bought the J-kit for $49 in may 2015 and got a couple bottles of Finiti. It seems a good product but you can get the same product elsewhere for cheaper. Swanson has it too. I buy it there now. So my main problem is not so much about the product, although I think it’s too expensive, but that’s because so many people get paid on that one product you buy. That’s the only reason it’s so expensive. It’s an MLM company after all. So my main complaint is the horrible customer service. It’s very difficult to reach them. I’m in Los Angeles and they operate on limited hours meant for East Coast only. I canceled my autoship and returned a product (well it returned on its own by their mistake) and tried to get a refund and it was extremely difficult to do. It took a lot of work and effort. Lots of waiting on the phone. Many calls. Then after 2 months I finally got my refund! TWO MONTHS!! That’s outrageous in itself. And it was a product that I never received. They made a mistake and the product automatically got returned to their warehouse. And the worst part of it is, I got a PARTIAL refund! For what??? I never even got the product. Now I’m trying to call to get the rest of my refund. There was a weird problem with their phone line on monday and today after waiting on the phone for 1 hour. A true hour. Well, 58 minutes and 37 seconds to be precise, I hung up. I’ll take the loss, but I will review them. Customer service makes the difference with any company. I don’t want to deal with any company with bad customer service. It’s a very bad sign and you’ll only get more and more problems. I do not want to have anything to do with this company ever again and I do not recommend it to any of my friends or family.

In all pyramid type sales, there is one winner only. This system is nothing more then earning money from those who are naive enougy to pay $25 to start a “business”/buy membership. Besides, how do you know what the product is? Is approved by FDA? What if is causing skin damages and the buyer will seek legal remedies?

I’m about to try Jeunesse, yet I’m not sure it is a good idea. My plan is to get people to use the product, love it and then I will talk about the business. Still I’m kind of skeptical since I have readed tons of reviews and while some people say it is good, others say its a scam or it isn’t worth to try it out. I have also read that the product itself is not that good… just another way to get people into the business in a legal way.. I don’t really know what to do.. I’m up to give it a try, but I don’t want to be the crazy MLM friend and then ending up with nothing but a bad experience

My friend recruited me into Jeunesse two months ago. I paid $300 and got my starter kit which included 30 packets of Reserve, a 15ml of Luminesce Serum and a bottle each of AM/PM to last one month. I have no health issues, so the Reserve didn’t seem to have much effect. Haven’t tried the serum yet because I bought loads of serums of other brands so need to use them up first. I noticed the PM pills has melatonin in it, and once I stopped taking them after 30 days, I had problem falling asleep. Not sure if one should take melatonin for long periods. Anyone with experience with AM/PM pills?

My upline is extremely pushy in having me recruit which in fact in the very thing turning me off. (I know recruiting will make me lose friends. They avoid you. ) The daily brainwashing propaganda via instant messaging telling me how many cancer patients have been cured is troubling. Sounds magical but not sure if any of them are true. I’m going to quit.

I hope to share my experience with at least a few of you as a case of buyer beware. I joined Jeunesse for mainly one reason – I saw a product that I thought could help other people and in the process of sharing that product I could help myself. Unfortunately any positives I have experienced from the products have been far outweighed by the business of Jeunesse – namely their call centre. I have had a number of issues of autoships not going through even though there were sufficient funds on my credit card and the threats of losing my points – even though I was working tirelessly to promote Jeunesse.
Then in January when the $180 product bundle was promoted I purchased that. My sponsor had initially set my autoship to unconditional so i attempted to changed the status to conditional as my purchase would meet my minimum monthly spend. The auto ship status didn’t change but the messages stated that it would be changed on my next autoship date.
My autoship was then also deducted from my account. I immediately emailled stating I had changed my status to conditional prior to my autoship and I had met the minimum spend so the autoship was in error and I wanted it cancelled and the money returned.
As a single mum I live week to week so losing an additional $120 on top of the $197 (with postage) I had already spent left me with $10 to last a week.
First I had no response from the email within days so I then called the call Centre – who first tried to say that the change of status happens after the autoship is processed. I stated that it does not state that on the website – in 2 places it states it will be on the date of your next autoship – so at the very least the statement is misleading. They then changed their storey saying that I had not made the changes with sufficient time for the autoship to register the change – it was made at 8.5?pm Perth time which is before the autoship day both my time and EDST and there is nothing saying that a minimum time is required to register the change. Still a month later I am having to “argue” the point with them. Additionally they have sated that if I return my autoship my account will be deactivated – despite the fact that I had already met my monthly spend WITHOUT the autoship.
Now finally my status was changed to conditional – and I say that before my autoship was due there were still the promotional packs of product available so I ordered it again – knowing that my status was set to conditional – AGAIN my autoship went out and now they were saying that the status was changed prior to the autoship so it was changed to unconditional- Firstly before it was only changed after the autoship date (and I have that in writing) and now its because it was changed before the autoship date, I have that in writing and finally – I DID NOT CHNAGE THE STATUS. I provided access to my account to my sponsor so he could “sort out the issue for me” – whether he clicked on the change status or not I don’t know – there is no way you can know what the current status has been set to because when you click on it it ALWAYS says it is changing to the alternative that is showing (i.e. if it is showing as conditional then when you go to change status is always says it is changing to unconditional and vise versa) I can not find the access to the so call logged that the call centre claim they can see to show what has happened on the account – The call centre have changed their story 3 times on why the autoship has still gone through even though I have met the minimum monthly spend and changed my status to conditional – they have threatened that if I return the product not only will I lose money (they only give you 90% of the value of the product and don’t refund postage – even though in both cases I have contacted them immediately to cancel the order – but they have threatened to deactivate the account despite meeting my minimum monthly spend. THIS IS BEYOND A JOKE – and while I love my sponsor and think he is wonderful he has also been unable to help and is now in Noosa and hasn’t resounded to my requests for him to call me – I guess because he is in Noosa.
Jeunesse sport that any one of us can be the next double diamond – so that one person can make a difference – and yet this back office system is mere set up as a money grabbing system and they have no regard for the individual distributor that isn’t already at that level.
How can I promote a business that is causing me so much grief when I know that a lot of people are joining to change their financial position and could no way afford to make a back office purchase and then have an autoship deducted. Especially when some of the products can only be purchased through a back office purchase (ZenBody) and not through autoship.
Like I said – I love the products – I have been promoting the business and the products to who ever I can – and yet I have now become so despondent that not only will I not promote the business but i will not use the products but I will also warn who ever I can of the Jeuness business that clearly doesn’t care – changes their story to suit their position and is actually in breach of several Australian legislative requirements by providing misleading information – that they then change stance on depending on the situation.
I hope you all have a different experience than I have but I would seriously reconsider bringing people you care about into this business if this is what they could experience.

Hi Jesse,

I like your open minded attitude about how you review the Jeunesse products and business, allowing both bad and good experiences from people to be shared here.

It is good that you are not, like some people, jumping to conclusions to say that Jeunesse is a scam without strong backup facts and data or because they do not
like it.

I agree with you that it is certainly not suitable for everyone. It is not possible to please everyone all the time.

However, many people are very happy with the products and the business.

I have found some interesting information about Jeunesse which many people are not aware of and which shows it is legit and not a scam and why many people
like it.

If anyone is interested to read more, I can show them where to find the info.

Your business using Ebay and Amazon looks interesting.

Please send more info about your business to

Keep up the good work.
