FX United Review

FX United Review – The Company

The company is run by Rujina Begum and the domain was bought on August 12th, 2014.

The website originally was created in October 15th of 2006, but I am not sure who the owner was then.

Her linkedIn profile shows her as a “compliance officer” for Rational FX.

That’s a foreign exchange business based in London.

Also note that the company is run under “United Global Holding Limited”.

There isn’t a whole lot of info on her, but let’s keep going…

FX United Reviews – The Products

FX United is a FOREX broker who provides a few trading platforms to trade on like Metatrader 4.0 and MT4 Multi-Terminal.

You can then become an affiliate an market this membership as well…

FX United Compensation Plan

In the FX United Compensation plan, you get paid when an affiliate deposits $300 to $10,000 on some kind of ROI.

This ROI is generated through foreign exchange called “capital gain auto trading” (CGAT).

Affiliates are paid 30% deposit bonus when CGAT investments are made in their 12 month contract.

If affiliates want their money before the 12 months, they will have to take a 3% hit.  That’s only if their balance is 150% of what they invested.

FX United charges another fee on every affiliate funds…

This is 1%.

The commissions are paid on ROI’s paid out to sponsored members in a unilevel compensation plan structure.

If you don’t know what a Unilevel is, it looks like this:

  • You
  • Level 1: Personally enrolled members
  • Level 2:  Level 1’s personally enrolled members

And so on…

The FX United Comp plan is capped at 5 levels and it looks like this:

  • Level 1 (personally sponsored members) – 12%
  • Level 2 – 4.5%
  • Level 3 – 2%
  • Levels 4 – 1%
  • Level 5 – 0.3%

Cost to Join FX United

The actual membership is free in FX United, but if you want to earn commissions, you have to invest at least $300.

FX United Review – The Verdict

There has been a lot of negative reviews and there is a reason for them…

They registered themselves as a corporation in New Zealand, but recently this happened…

Notice of intention to remove companies from the register

I intend to remove the following companies from the Register under section 318(1)(ba) of the Companies Act 1993 on the grounds that the companies failed to respond to a requirement made under section 365(1)(caaa) or (c) of the Act.

Source Here.

They have until June 17th to comply and if they don’t comply then they will be removed.

Also, FX United warning was issued by a Central Bank of Malaysia…

This was made May of 27th and listed FX United to it’s list of “known companies and websites which are not authorized nor approved under the relevant laws and regulations administrated by BNM”.

The public is advised not to make any deposit or investment with individuals and entities that are not regulated under the relevant laws and should conduct the necessary checks with the relevant authorities if there are doubts regarding any schemes offered.

Consumer protection under the laws administered by BNM IS NOT APPLICABLE should the members of the public choose to deal with the illegal financial service providers.

Members of the public who participate in the illegal financial activities could also BE CHARGED under the law as abetting the operators of such illegal activities.

Anyway, that speaks for itself really…

I wouldn’t personally join and I don’t recommend anyone else either…
