Find out if this is legit or a scam…
EpicMD Review – The Company
This EpicMD Review starts off well because the company is transparent on who runs it.
EpicMD specializes in the medical MLM niche and runs from California USA which is a good sign.
EpicMD is Founded by Matt Wanderer who is also the CEO.
According to the EpicMD Bio:
Matt Wanderer(‘s) vision for EpicMD began in 2010 during a business school module in India where he saw virtual healthcare helping people who would otherwise never receive the care they needed.
Prior to founding EpicMD, Matt was a co-founder at Alterra Capital Group and Evergift, he served as Founder & CEO of RestoreHealth and serves on the Board of Directors at ServRX.
This is his first MLM venture just so you know…
Anyway, enough about the company, let’s take a look at the products.
EpicMD Reviews – The Products
EpicMD Products is basically a $49 per month telehealth subscription membership.
How does EpicMD work?
You activate your account, see your doctor, and get a prescription, if needed. It’s that simple.
I read on their website that they have access to “the greatest doctors on earth” through their services.
It’s certainly a unique and interesting concept and there isn’t a company out there like it.
Just to proof it, check out our list of 50 top mlm companies to see what I mean…
Next in this EpicMD review, lets take a look at the compensation plan…
EpicMD Compensation Plan
EpicMD Compensation Plan is a little different…
It combines both retail sales and affiliate sales with the $49 per month membership.
Overall there are five ranks in EpicMD…
This is what their qualification looks like:
- Manager – Generate $10,000 in group affiliate fees in a calendar month or $30,000 over a rolling four-month period
- Executive – Generate $50,000 in group affiliate fees in a calendar month or $150,000 over a rolling four-month period
- Director – Generate $100,000 in group affiliate fees in a calendar month or $300,000 over a rolling four-month period
- Regional Director – Generate $200,000 in group affiliate fees in a calendar month or $600,000 over a rolling four-month period
- National Marketing Director – Generate $350,000 in group affiliate fees in a calendar month or $1,000,000 over a rolling four-month period
When you sponsor a new member, you get 20% commissions on their subscription.
EpicMD pays residuals through a unilevel compensation plan structure…
EpicMD caps it at five levels and you are paid on a percentage of the subscription:
- Level 1 (personally sponsored members) – 20%
- Level 2 – 10%
- Level 3 – 5%
- Level 4 – 4%
- Level 5 – 3%
Residuals on Patient Membership
If you can convince a doctor to sign up through their practice, any patient who joins at the $49 per month generates you a commission.
This is how they are paid through a unilevel:
- Level 1 – 10%
- Level 2 – 5%
- Level 3 – 4%
- Level 4 – 3%
- Level 5 – 2%
Once you hit National Marketing Director you can earn a 2$ bonus on your entire downline volume…
EpicMD will pay you $800 per month if you are Executive and higher for a car.
Founders Bonus is paid to Director or higher…
However, they don’t talk about any percentages…
Cost To Join EpicMD
The cost to join EpicMD is $749 until September this year, then it’s going up to $1499.
There is also a $99 annual fee…

Verdict On EpicMD
Overall EpicMD is totally legit and takes a different direction compared to most network marketing companies out there.
You just have to take a few things into consideration…
If you get the membership for $1499 and sponsor several people and they stick around for the long haul, you will break even in 31 months.
Which can be a long time for any network marketing company, but small businesses don’t break even until year 3 or 4.
Also, it will be tough to sign up actual Doctors to this service so you will need some good people skills.
Other than that, it’s legit.
