Let’s dig in shall we?
M Network Review – The Company
M Network is the brain child of a man named Kerry Brown who calls himself the “headmaster” on their corporate website which sounds pretty cool lol.
According to LinkedIn, he is from Utah, USA and is the owner of N Network.
When we dig into his history, he started network marketing back in 2005 and was the Senior Product Manager of Xango which he left in 2007.
In 2010, Kerry was hired as the Director of Marketing at Limu and after about two years he moved on in 2012.
In February of 2015, he became the Chief Marketing Officer at Stream and look like he left that around August 3rd.
He was also involved with non-mlm companies like Six Nutrition which sold hydration supplements.
It did have an affiliate program that paid one tier.
He left that August 2016 according to LinkedIn and now we are here with M Network.
Overall, he knows what he is doing and had very powerful positions in other MLM companies in the past.

M Network Reviews – The Products
Like all good network marketing companies, the products are very important and must be unique.
At the time of this review, M Network has a wide range of energy drink powders in a single serve sachet style.
These are called M STIKS and are simple to use…
You can mix a sachet in your favorite beverage and just stir…

M Network Compensation Plan
In the M Network Compensation plan, you can get paid to sell products to sell to retail customers and earn residual commissions through a 12 level deep unilevel and matrix comp plan which is called MLM recruiting.
You must generate at least 60 PV per month as an affiliate to qualify for commissions.
PV by the way stands for “Personal Volume” and is sales volume generated by YOU or retail customers.
Retail Commission Payout
Retail commissions are paid when you sell their products to customers.
So what you do is take your wholesale cost and minus the retail price and you will get your profit.
As for the M Network Stik products, you earn about $5 per box.
Recruitment Commission Payout
When you sponsor a new member in M Network that buys a retail pack, you can get commissions on that.
The amount of commission will depend on which package you sold:
- Sponsoring a $199 retail pack affiliate pays a $75 commission
- Sponsoring a $499 retail pack affiliate pays a $150 commission
If you get 8 people in your business in 8 weeks that buy one of those product packs, you can get another $250 ($199 pack) or $500 ($499 pack).
Residual Unilevel Commission Payout
Residuals are paid through a unilevel compensation plan structure.
If you don’t know what that looks like, check this out:
- Level 1: Personally enrolled members
- Level 2: Level 1’s personally enrolled members
- And so on…
M Network caps you at 12 levels and pays you 5% of the sales volume generated through those levels.
Residual Matrix Commission Pay out
Residuals are also paid through a 2×12 matrix compensation plan structure.
Again, you are paid 5% of the sales volume generated through out the entire matrix.
Now you get paid only certain levels in the matrix depending on your overall group volume:
- 0 to 479 GV = Qualified to earn on levels 1 to 4 of the matrix
- 480 to 1999 GV = Qualified to earn on levels 1 to 6 of the matrix
- 2000 to 4999 GV = Qualified to earn on levels 1 to 8 of the matrix
- 5000 to 49,999 GV = Qualified to earn on levels 1 to 9 of the matrix
- 50,000 to 99,999 GV = Qualified to earn on levels 1 to 10 of the matrix
- 100,000 to 199,999 GV = Qualified to earn on levels 1 to 11 of the matrix
- 200,000 GV or more = Qualified to earn on levels 1 to 12 of the matrix
M Network puts 5% of all global sales volume on the side to reward members with leadership awards, trips, incentives and quarterly leader bonuses.
Cost To Join M Network
The cost to join M Network as an affiliate is $99, $149 for an Apprentice package or $299 for a Master Package.
These packages are bundled with M Network Products…
You can also sign up with a $199 or $499 “Retail pack”.
The $499 Retail pack gives you a higher income potential because it comes with three matrix positions compared to just one.
The moment you have been waiting in this M Network review…
Verdict On M Network
Overall M Network is pretty legit as along as their retail sales are in check…
What I mean by that is the company has to have around 50%+ in retail sales overall to be considered compliant…
If it’s not, it might suffer the same fate as Vemma who got shut down by the FTC until they changed the compensation plan to reward retails sales…
Best thing to do is test out the products for yourself and see how they work for you…
If you like them, then give them a shot…
If not, well it will be hard to sell something that has products you don’t like…
